Hello! My name is Sarah. Married to the most amazing man and the one who is my number one supporter, Eric. I'm a jack of all trades. I'm a
nursing student, Starbucks barista and an Air Force wife. Born and raised in Rockledge, Florida. Grew up on the beach. Had the shock of our lives when Eric got orders to move to South Dakota. We've been here since March of 2011. Just bought our first house in May 2012.
You can say frugal is my middle name. I have learned after
going back to school and working less hours that we've had to cut back
BIG TIME in order to make our new house, a home. I'm
also a big fan of homemade products, like laundry soap. In the midst of all of
the chaos, we bought a black lab puppy as a companion for our 3 year old German
Shepherd. Between the house, school,
work and the active lifestyle we lead, I somehow still have the energy to work
on my projects. It's a goal of mine to show others that lead such an action
packed life, that there are small things that can be done to either spruce up
your living space or just make something more simple.This blog is dedicated to those fellow DIY enthusiasts that like to make/do things without breaking the bank.
